Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 October 2026. Mouj is operated by Abu Ilham Global LLC, Commercial Registration (CR) No. 1646113, registered in the Sultanate of Oman. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of https://mouj.co and purchases from Abu Ilham Global LLC, trading as Mouj, CR 1646113, the Sultanate of Oman.

1. The shop

Mouj sells children’s toys and related goods for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree wholesale terms in writing. Product photos and descriptions are illustrative; small natural variations in wood grain, colour and finish are normal.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
• Account access uses email verification (magic link / one-time code). Keep codes confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for accurate contact details.

3. Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise and may change before you place an order.
• An order is an offer to buy. We accept when we confirm the order by email or begin fulfilment.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing error, fraud risk or policy reasons.
• Promo codes have their own rules and may be withdrawn.

4. Payment

Available methods are shown at checkout (currently cash on delivery and card on delivery where offered). Title to goods passes when we receive payment in full and delivery is completed, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

5. Shipping, returns, refunds, cancellation

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our published policies:

6. Safety & age guidance

Age bands and skills tags are guidance only. Adult supervision is recommended. Keep packaging and small parts away from children who still mouth objects when the product warns of choking hazards.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, abuse promotions, or post unlawful or harmful content in support channels.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of the Sultanate of Oman:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost gifts timing beyond our control).
• Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or defective goods rights that cannot be waived).

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on mouj.co. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms for new orders.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer venue rights.
