Return unused toys in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases from Mouj (Abu Ilham Global LLC, CR 1646113) on mouj.co.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all parts and tags (where applicable).
What we accept
- Wrong size/finish ordered by mistake (subject to stock)
- Change of mind for eligible unused items
- Items that arrived defective or not as described
What we cannot accept
- Used, washed, altered or heavily handled toys
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- Personalised or specially ordered items (unless faulty)
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Returns requested after the 14-day window (except faulty goods under applicable law)
How to start a return
- Email hello@mouj.co or WhatsApp +968 97123210 with your order number, item(s) and reason.
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the item securely. We may ask for photos before approving the return.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can exchange for another toy or finish. Price differences are charged or refunded under our Refund Policy.
Return shipping
- Our error / defective / not as described: we cover reasonable return shipping.
- Change of mind: return shipping is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
