- Orders: delivery address, order contents, payment method choice, notes, gift options
- Children’s profile (optional): first name and birth date you choose to save for age-based recommendations — provide only what you are comfortable sharing
- Support: messages you send by email, WhatsApp, contact form or social channels
- Technical: device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar needed for sessions, carts and security
We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts. Accounts are for parents, caregivers or gift buyers.

- Create and manage your account and wishlist
- Process, pack, ship and support orders
- Send order updates, and marketing only where you opt in or where allowed by law
